We've recently been asked to add a taste of personal denim to a shoot we were styling for Madewell, and rather than buy pieces that already exist we decided to make them ourselves... It's so easy and way more fun...
simply take a pair of any used denim and cut away...
you can cut a square and make a cute bow tie- which we later paired with a denim shirt...
or cut pieces and sew them into suspenders and add cute touches- such as the flowers...
or take a long strip and make a longer bow that can worn with any button down shirt...
and if you have different shades of denim you can braid a belt...get busy!!
